**** A  “NON-REFUNDABLE”  deposit  of  ½  of  the  package  price  is  due  at  the 

time  you  reserve  the  date  for  your  wedding .  This  deposit  applies  to 

the  final  order .  The  balance  is  due   "1  WK. PRIOR  TO  WEDDING".

****PHOTOS  will  NOT be  taken  until  the   entire  balance  is  paid  in  full .

****In   the  event  of  a  “POSTPONEMENT    OR    CANCELLATION”  of 

the  wedding , the  deposit  is  “NON-REFUNDABLE” , since  we  will  have 

possibly  passed  up  other  business   in   order  to  hold   the  date  for  you .

****We  take  the  utmost  care  with  your  photographs .  However , if  we 

fail  to  comply  with  the  terms , our  liability  is  limited  to  refund 

of  $1. 00  per  print  not  delivered “BELOW”   min.  of  75  prints .

****We  retain  all  negatives  &  reserve  the  right  to  use  any  photos  taken  for 

display  or  use  for  publication . We  reserve “COPYRIGHTS” on  photos.
